T’erea Brown set a personal best for the second day in a row to advance to the finals of the 400m hurdles.
It was easy. The race was very nice, very comfortable. I ran exactly as I planned, I PR’d. I didn’t feel like I needed to push it. I think tomorrow we’ll see some 52s. It wasn’t the perfect race. I need to make some minor tweaks. I stuttered at eight, so I need to fix that.

In her Olympic debut, T’erea Brown ran a personal best (54.72) to move to the semifinals of the 400m hurdles.
Team GB women’s volleyball wrapped up Olympic action with a 3-0 loss to Japan. Savanah Leaf recorded 14 spikes and eight digs, while Ciara Michel picked up seven spikes. Congrats to both on representing the host nation and the University of Miami proudly!
