T’erea Brown recorded a sixth-place finish in the finals of the 400m hurdles. “Thank you to everyone for all of the love I have received on this journey…we still got some more meets left before I shut it down,” she wrote on twitter.
Murielle Ahoure won her heat in Round One of the 100m dash, setting a personal and Ivory Coast national record (10.99) in the process. The sprinter will run in the semifinals on Saturday.
